GNOC/Network Specialist – Remote

About the role

The GNOC/Network Specialist provides first‑line support for hotel staff using GuestTek services. Working remotely, you will handle incoming calls, create and manage incidents, and ensure timely resolution or escalation according to Service Level Agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls from hotel staff and dispatched technicians.
• Create, update, resolve, or escalate incidents following company policies and SLAs.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal GuestTek departments.
• Collaborate with the Global Services team to meet response time targets.
• Adhere to attendance policies and proper phone code usage.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by Global Services Management.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7/365 environment.
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude with a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Networking knowledge.
• Linux operating system familiarity.
• Relevant networking/IT certification (preferred).
• Understanding of GuestTek proprietary products (preferred).
