HR Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an HR Specialist to partner with our HR Business Partner in delivering tailored HR services and solutions to our clients and internal teams. The role focuses on onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and supporting a positive organizational culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the HR Business Partner to provide customized HR services and solutions.
• Manage onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience.
• Maintain and improve HR resources, policies, procedures, and client materials.
• Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, benefits, leave administration, and performance management.
• Support training, development, and organizational culture initiatives.
• Foster strong client relationships by delivering practical and responsive HR support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• C1 level English proficiency.
• Previous HR experience with solid knowledge of HR principles.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• PHR or SHRM‑CP certification (preferred).
