Internal IT Control Officer

About the role

We are looking for a professional to lead continuous improvement and strengthen the Information Technology processes, ensuring alignment with the IT Strategic Plan. The role will drive self‑assessment, coordinate control processes and guarantee timely handling of internal and external audits.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of improvement plans derived from audit findings within the IT area.
• Coordinate and monitor internal, external and control‑area audits.
• Oversee proper management of supplier contracts.
• Implement self‑evaluation methodologies and risk measurement frameworks.
• Review and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Manage projects assigned by the IT Management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in system audit or project management.
• Familiarity with banking laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to write audit reports and respond to audit inquiries.
