Network Engineer L2

About the role

CRG Honduras is seeking a proactive Network Engineer L2 to ensure the reliability and performance of customers' networking systems. You will manage network infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and provide on‑site support for multiple clients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain agile and efficient service delivery using company escalation mechanisms.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software failures on assigned platforms.
• Install, configure, and test networking equipment and components at customer sites.
• Provide user training on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Document all services, obtain client sign‑off, and ensure proper record keeping.
• Guide clients on new technologies and direct them to appropriate internal resources.

Required profile

• Fluent English (high proficiency).
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a networking role.
• Strong knowledge of Meraki LAN and wireless solutions.
• Experience with routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Understanding of structured cabling and data‑center environments.
