Operador de Telemarketing – Atención al Cliente

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, customer‑focused Telemarketing Operator to join our team. You will support lead follow‑up, schedule visits by phone, and ensure post‑visit follow‑up, delivering an exceptional experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage follow‑up of scheduled visits to guarantee client attendance.
• Maintain effective follow‑up of the assigned portfolio, keeping client information up to date throughout the visit and sales process.
• Continuously update the database with relevant details from customer interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service by proactively responding to inquiries and needs.
• Negotiate convincingly with potential clients, promoting our products and services.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Complete secondary education.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or sales.
• Knowledge of sales, preferably in the real‑estate sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in speaking and ability to hold effective conversations.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close sales successfully.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building skills.
