Program Technical Customer Support – Guatemala

About the role

We are looking for a Program Technical Customer Support professional to join TELUS Digital’s Program Management Team in Guatemala. The role provides friendly, efficient assistance to program stakeholders through chat, email and phone, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to stakeholder inquiries via chat, email and phone, delivering high‑quality service.
• Execute individual projects aimed at enhancing program service capabilities and stakeholder experience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve optimal outcomes for stakeholders.
• Create and maintain process guides, tools, and self‑service resources.
• Collect, analyse and report program data to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule and ability to work onsite, remotely or in a hybrid model.
• Strong analytical mindset with a “can‑do” attitude.
• Proven ability to manage complex, fast‑paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with SAP or other program‑management applications.
