About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and results‑oriented Field Recruiter to support the hiring of operational positions within our commercial and sales area. You will work directly in the field, traveling across different zones and regions to identify, attract, and follow up with candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment drives, flyer distribution, and job fairs in targeted locations.
• Search for candidates in strategic zones and build partnerships with municipalities, job boards, institutes, and community groups.
• Perform initial candidate screening and maintain ongoing follow‑up.
• Develop and keep an active talent pool for operational roles.
• Meet coverage targets and hiring timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in mass or field recruitment.
• Willingness and ability to travel constantly across different regions as recruitment needs arise.
• Comfort with primarily field‑based work.
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with diverse candidate profiles.
• Result‑driven mindset, organized, and a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency with digital tools and social media for talent attraction.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
