About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and results‑oriented Field Recruiter to support the hiring of operational positions in the commercial and sales area. The role involves traveling to various zones and regions to identify, attract, and follow up with candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct recruitment drives, flyer distribution, and job fairs.
- Search for candidates directly in strategic zones.
- Establish partnerships with municipalities, job boards, institutes, and community groups.
- Perform initial screening and maintain candidate follow‑up.
- Keep an active talent pool for operational roles.
- Meet coverage targets and hiring timelines.
Required profile
- Experience in mass or field recruitment.
- Willingness to travel constantly across different regions of the country.
- Readiness to work primarily in the field.
- Ability to connect with diverse candidate profiles.
- Result‑oriented, organized, and sense of urgency.
- Proficiency with digital tools and social media for talent attraction.
- Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
