Recruiter – End-to-End Recruiting & Customer Experience Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Recruiting & Customer Experience Specialist who will own the full recruitment cycle while delivering a high‑touch candidate experience. The role blends proactive sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management with a strong service‑oriented mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound candidate outreach primarily through social media platforms.
• Identify, engage, and build natural conversations with potential candidates.
• Perform initial screenings, gather key candidate information, and assess fit.
• Maintain a strong candidate experience from first contact through hiring.
• Enter and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate statuses.
• Coordinate interviews, prepare and send offer letters, and follow up to keep candidates engaged.
• Collaborate with District, Regional, and Salon Leaders to understand hiring needs across locations.
• Explore flexible placement solutions, including multi‑location assignments, when immediate openings are unavailable.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional recruiting experience as the primary background.
• High proficiency in English (B2 level or above).
• Experience in retail recruiting is highly preferred.
• Background in customer service and/or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a conversational style.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage priorities.
• Willingness to start with a Customer Service/Concierge training period before transitioning to core recruiting duties.
