Recruiter – External & Headhunting

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to lead external recruitment and headhunting projects. The role involves managing the full hiring cycle, delivering an exceptional experience to both candidates and clients, and operating in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from profile definition to contract signing.
• Design and execute sourcing and headhunting strategies to attract active and passive talent.
• Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, databases and networking.
• Conduct pre‑screenings and structured interviews in both Spanish and English.
• Assess candidates’ experience, competencies, motivations, salary expectations and cultural fit.
• Prepare executive reports and candidate recommendations for client presentation.
• Handle multiple clients and vacancies simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Provide continuous professional follow‑up to candidates throughout all stages.
• Maintain up‑to‑date and traceable candidate and vacancy data in ATS and CRM systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in external recruitment or headhunting firms.
• Proven track record recruiting mid‑level, managerial, senior and specialized positions.
• Experience managing several clients and vacancies at the same time.
• Strong expertise in sourcing, hunting, structured interviewing and executive reporting.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
