About the role

The Ride Sharing Services Customer Service Specialist provides front‑line support for riders and drivers, handling inbound calls in English. You will ensure a smooth, friendly experience while addressing order and delivery issues and promoting relevant service features.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and deliver courteous, efficient customer service in English.
• Listen actively to identify customer needs and resolve order or delivery challenges.
• Build rapport using strong communication skills to create a delightful experience.
• Leverage sales experience to upsell features or suggest menu options when appropriate.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the delivery process fast and error‑free.

Required profile

• Flexibility to work on‑site during the training period, then transition to remote work.
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
• English proficiency at B1 level (spoken and written, CEFR).
• Successful completion of local and international background checks.
• Employment verification and required legal documentation.
