Vendor Solutions Representative – Caribbean Central America

About the role

The Vendor Solutions Representative for the Caribbean Central America (CCA) region will research, market, and sell new products and solution opportunities that leverage TD SYNNEX’s portfolio. You will engage customers, manage quotes, and educate them on vendor pricing programs and promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact, managing and growing relationships with assigned customers.
• Create and deliver solution configurations, pricing, quoting, and processing requests for hardware, software, and services.
• Provide education and technical guidance on product alternatives, renewals, warranty uplifts, and consolidations.
• Build relationships to market a broad range of TD SYNNEX products and drive adoption.
• Negotiate terms such as pricing, freight, returns, and product substitutions.
• Collaborate with customers, colleagues, and vendors to resolve pre‑sales issues and escalate when necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and meet attendance standards.

Required profile

• High School diploma required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong data‑entry skills, basic mathematical ability, and quick 10‑key usage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
