About the role

The Operations Cabin Agent works in the Operations Center to ensure real‑time monitoring and effective coordination of security activities. You will keep constant communication with field units and operational staff, manage alerts and incidents, and trigger timely responses to any emergency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security operations continuously and coordinate actions across teams.
• Maintain open communication channels with units, operators and management.
• Receive, assess and log alerts, incidents and emergencies.
• Coordinate prompt response and escalation procedures for any incident.
• Document events accurately and follow up on resolutions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or user support.
• Residence preferably in the Boca del Monte or Villa Canales area.
• Availability to work rotating day and night shifts.
