Agente de Cabina de Operaciones

About the role

As an Operations Cabin Agent you will be the central point for real‑time security monitoring and coordination. Working from the Operations Center you will keep constant communication with field units, manage alerts and incidents, and ensure a timely response to any emergency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security operations in real time and maintain continuous communication with operational units.
• Receive, log, and prioritize alerts and incidents, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Coordinate immediate response actions with relevant teams during emergencies.
• Track the status of events and follow up until resolution.
• Support the preparation of reports and statistical data for management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or user support.
• Residence preferably in the Boca del Monte or Villa Canales area.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including day and night schedules.
