About the role
The Quality Analyst will support verification of controls throughout the production process, from raw material receipt to finished product dispatch, for a leading aviation and culinary services provider operating across the Caribbean and Latin America.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in verifying control points from raw material entry to product exit in the production plant.
- Support the execution of supplier audits.
- Help inspect industrial kitchens located outside the main production facility.
- Provide assistance in supervising the hygiene department.
