About the role

The Organizational Development Analyst will join the Human Resources team of Distribuidora Mariscal, focusing on designing, implementing and monitoring processes that develop people and strengthen the organization.

Key responsibilities

Manage the performance evaluation process (EVADES) and ensure accurate tracking of results.
Monitor organizational climate and employee well‑being, proposing actions to improve engagement.
Develop and maintain competency frameworks aligned with business needs.
Support the cultivation of a strong organizational culture.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to build talent.

Required profile

Professional experience in performance evaluation (EVADES), organizational climate, competency management, talent and culture.
Strong analytical ability to interpret data, generate proposals and follow up on action plans.
Excellent communication skills and capacity to work collaboratively with HR and line managers.
