About the role
The Recruitment and Selection Analyst will lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition processes, ensuring the company fills its vacancies efficiently and with qualified candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
- Write and publish job advertisements on various digital platforms and tools.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles against job requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct virtual or in‑person interviews.
- Provide pre‑selection shortlists to hiring managers.
- Maintain comprehensive records of interviews and new hires.
- Prepare all necessary documentation for onboarding.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months of proven recruitment experience.
- Student of Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Business Administration.
- Residence in areas adjacent to Zone 12.

- Full‑time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
