About the role

Grupo CLC is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the financial planning, reporting and control functions of its logistics operations across Central America and the Caribbean. The role will ensure accurate recording of financial activities, timely information delivery and data‑driven decision‑making for the corporation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and analyse finance department operations and reports in line with internal procedures.
• Supervise and control budget execution for cost, sales and operating profit (OBZ) to meet planned results.
• Generate executive analyses of variances between actual sales, cost, OBZ and budget/forecast.
• Monitor CAPEX execution according to the company’s investment plan.
• Create monthly accounting policies (provisions, reclassifications, adjustments) and follow up on significant items.
• Identify and control fixed‑expense impacts on operating profit.
• Reconcile, load and build scenario models for profit‑and‑loss and balance‑sheet forecasts.
• Automate recurring reports and Excel processes using Power BI and corporate tools.
• Develop financial dashboards and key performance indicators.
• Propose cost‑saving strategies for fixed or recurring expenses.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in Public Accounting or Auditing.
• Experience as a Financial Planning Analyst, Budget Analyst or Financial Analyst.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
