About the role

PCR is seeking a Principal Analyst to lead credit analysis activities across its client portfolio. The role combines technical excellence, market research, and team mentorship within an international, fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise credit analyses for the assigned client portfolio.
• Prepare rating reports and present findings to rating committees.
• Conduct credit assessments of new clients and periodic reviews of existing ratings.
• Develop market and sector reports that add strategic value.
• Guide and mentor junior analysts, ensuring technical quality and adherence to work plans.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in credit risk, financial structuring, or large corporate portfolio management.
• Proven experience leading teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strategic thinking, strong analytical communication, and a focus on quality and value creation.
