Asesor de Ventas – Kiosco MetroCentro

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to work at our MetroCentro kiosk. You will guide customers through the purchase process, provide post‑sale support, and ensure a high level of satisfaction with our technology products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized advice and excellent service during sales and post‑sale interactions.
• Resolve customer inquiries, requests and issues promptly and effectively.
• Activate and configure electronic devices, confirming proper operation.
• Manage product inventory, keeping the kiosk well‑stocked.
• Perform daily cash closures with accuracy and follow established procedures.
• Prepare daily sales reports and cash reconciliation.
• Achieve commercial targets and contribute to store growth.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of sales experience in retail chains, specialized stores or similar environments.
• Strong interest and knowledge of technology products and electronic devices.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Problem‑solving skills to handle complex situations.
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Own transportation is desirable.
