About the role

We are looking for a motivated Purchasing Assistant to support our procurement activities across the aviation and airport services business. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage purchase orders and follow up with suppliers.
  • Compare prices, negotiate terms, and secure favorable purchase conditions.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and monitor stock levels.
  • Coordinate with other departments to understand their supply needs.
  • Identify and evaluate new suppliers.
  • Prepare cost analysis reports and purchase‑related documentation.
  • Ensure delivery deadlines are met.
  • Handle administrative paperwork related to procurement.

Required profile

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities.
