About the role
We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team supporting airline and airport services across the Caribbean and Latin America. In this role you will ensure that flight itineraries are executed on time and that aircraft are serviced without shortages, contributing to a seamless travel experience for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate arrivals and departures based on flight itineraries, guaranteeing punctuality and completeness of aircraft provisioning.
- Monitor operational performance and address any deviations promptly.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including culinary, ground handling, and aviation support, to maintain high service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities and report key metrics to senior management.
Required profile
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
