About the role

Join a leading aviation support company operating across the Caribbean and Latin America. As a Pilot Assistant you will work on the ramp, ensuring safety procedures are followed and providing essential support to pilots during aircraft coupling, take‑off, and fueling operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Follow all ramp safety procedures and comply with airline and civil aviation regulations.
  • Assist pilots in coupling and decoupling the aircraft by providing required signals.
  • Support aircraft fueling and supply operations.
  • Cut and dispatch dry ice, wash vehicles, and keep the ramp area clean.
  • Unload equipment returned from aircraft and ensure proper handling.
  • Adhere to good manufacturing practices.
  • Accurately complete VPS and other required documentation.
  • Perform any other tasks inherent to the role as needed.

Required profile

  • Strong focus on safety and discipline.
  • Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to follow strict procedures and policies.
  • Physical stamina for handling ramp duties.
