About the role

Join a dynamic team that provides airport and travel‑related services across the Caribbean and Latin America. As a Kiosk Attendant you will be the first point of contact for travelers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience at our service kiosks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and service requests at the kiosk.
• Maintain the organization and visual presentation of the kiosk area.
• Handle transactions accurately and follow cash‑handling procedures.
• Work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak travel times.
• Collaborate with other airport and culinary teams to support overall service quality.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Good communication skills in Spanish; English is a plus.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional appearance.
