About the role

We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our plant team, focusing on the portioning and packaging of cheeses and cured meats. The role involves working on the production line, ensuring that products are prepared and packed according to quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Portion and pack cheese and embutidos (cured meats) following established procedures.
• Maintain hygiene and food‑handling standards throughout the shift.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and keeping the work area organized.
• Support overtime operations when required.
• Report any equipment issues or product inconsistencies to supervisors.

Required profile

• Valid health card and up‑to‑date food‑handling documentation.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Age between 18 and 40 years.
• Availability for overtime and Saturday half‑day shifts.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food safety and handling regulations.
