Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Immediate Start

About the role

Join a fast‑growing team supporting the Verizon account for Allied Global. As a bilingual Customer Service Representative you will provide high‑quality assistance to English‑speaking customers from a modern office in Guatemala City, starting on August 17th.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and handle outbound outreach in English.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues while following company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the call‑center system.
• Achieve performance and quality targets set by the client.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2, spoken and written).
• High school diploma (Diversificado completed).
• Immediate availability to start on August 17th.
• Willingness to work 100% onsite at Pacific Center, Zona 11.
• Strong listening, problem‑solving and communication abilities.

Required skills
