Bilingual Social Media & Content Specialist

About the role

idt is looking for a bilingual Social Media & Design Specialist to support its nationwide field sales force, which sells solutions such as NRS Point of Sale, merchant processing, business funding and BOSS Revolution services to small and mid-sized businesses across the United States. You will act as the creative resource for the sales team, turning their local social media presence into a steady source of merchant leads.

This is a hands-on execution role rather than a high-level strategy position: strategic priorities, brand guidelines and target audiences are already set. You will work independently, designing visual assets, producing short-form video and keeping an active social media cadence in coordination with sales leadership and top performers.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, as you will work directly with bilingual sales representatives and their clients.
• A strong design portfolio showing engaging, professional social media content and brand assets.
• Experience managing and growing Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp Business, with a focus on local and SMB promotion.
• Autonomous and highly organized, able to balance competing priorities and manage several reps' requests with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable coaching non-tech-savvy team members on digital tools and content best practices.

Required skills

• Graphic and video creation with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
• Nice to have: basic web and landing page building with Wix, Squarespace or WordPress.
• Nice to have: familiarity with paid social ads or organic lead-generation funnels.
• Nice to have: knowledge of POS, merchant services, payment processing or the retail/small-business landscape.
• Nice to have: advanced video editing for Reels, TikToks and short-form storytelling.
