Client Engagement Specialist – Remote

About the role

Steamops is seeking a motivated Client Engagement Specialist to join its sales team. The role focuses on contacting pre‑qualified leads and inbound prospects, introducing AI‑powered solutions, and scheduling appointments for the closing team. Work is initially remote with the possibility of on‑site or hybrid arrangements in Guatemala as business needs evolve.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with pre‑qualified leads provided through Apollo or other sources.
• Engage inbound inquiries, present AI solutions, and qualify interest.
• Schedule appointments for the sales/closing team and ensure smooth handoff.
• Maintain accurate call records, outcomes, and appointments in the CRM.
• Meet agreed call volume and appointment‑setting targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team and perform related lead‑management tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in call center, inside sales, telemarketing, or appointment‑setting roles.
• Strong verbal communication skills and comfort with high call volume.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven.
• Reliable remote work setup (computer, headset, stable internet).
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to start services promptly.
