About the role

The Social Infrastructure Group (GIS) within the Infrastructure and Energy Department seeks a motivated professional to support the full lifecycle of knowledge products. You will ensure high‑quality preparation, editing, and dissemination of technical documents, guides, studies, blogs and other specialized materials that advance sustainable social infrastructure in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, edit, quality‑check and publish GIS knowledge products across institutional platforms such as Convergencia.
• Manage editorial workflows, coordinating authors, consultants, reviewers, designers, translators and internal units to meet standards and deadlines.
• Collaborate with INE and Bank communications teams to design and execute diffusion strategies for publications, events and trainings.
• Create communication assets including news releases, social‑media messages, presentations, graphics, videos and other digital content.
• Maintain GIS digital assets (intranet, digital catalog, databases, indicators and dashboards) and ensure they are up‑to‑date.
• Support monitoring, analysis and reporting of indicators related to knowledge production, dissemination and training usage.
• Provide operational assistance for reports, events, training sessions and internal processes linked to knowledge management.

Required profile

• Proactive, motivated professional with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Experience with content management systems (e.g., Convergencia or similar platforms).
• Digital asset management and basic dashboard creation.
• Data analysis and indicator reporting.
