About the role

The company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to lead the 360° marketing strategy for a portfolio of high‑prestige international fashion and beauty brands. The role is based onsite in Zona 14, Guatemala City, and reports directly to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that drive sales growth and brand positioning.
• Manage digital channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, and email marketing campaigns.
• Analyze KPIs and commercial metrics to optimize performance.
• Oversee the marketing budget and negotiate with agencies, media partners, and suppliers.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, Coordinator or Leader.
• Proven experience in fashion retail, beauty retail or premium consumer sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage retail and international franchise brands.
• Advanced English (interview will be conducted in English) and a valid visa.
