Customer Solution Architect

About the role

Siemens is seeking a Customer Solution Architect to drive innovative energy automation and electrification solutions across the region. You will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with customers, account managers, and technical specialists to design end‑to‑end solutions that address complex power automation challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to capture business challenges, operational requirements, and technical needs.
• Develop customer‑specific solution architectures, implementation roadmaps, and use‑case documentation.
• Support presales activities by providing technical guidance and creating solution proposals.
• Translate requirements into automation, digitalization, protection, and energy‑management concepts.
• Gather market feedback and relay trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Power Systems, Automation Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in power automation, protection & control, substation automation, or related technical roles.
• Proven experience supporting customers in presales, application engineering, commissioning, or consulting environments.
• Strong customer‑facing communication skills in English (B2 or higher).
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as needed.
