About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Business Sales Executive to join our growing team in Guatemala. The successful candidate will design sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts and close deals for digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans targeting B2B clients in the services and technology sectors.
• Identify and qualify new business prospects and build a robust pipeline.
• Lead negotiations, draft contracts and ensure successful closure of deals.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and training sessions on digital solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align offerings with client needs.

Required profile

• Graduate or current student in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum three years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in services or technology.
• Own a vehicle and possess strong negotiation abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using Power BI for data analysis.
