About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will provide comprehensive support to leaders and employees in executing HR processes, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements. The role aims to strengthen employee experience, promote organizational culture, and contribute to business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for leaders and staff on HR matters, offering timely advice and support.
• Coordinate and facilitate corporate and position‑specific onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Organize culture‑building activities, including values workshops and integration programs.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs with specialized areas.
• Monitor key HR indicators and propose improvement actions when needed.
• Assist leaders with performance management, disciplinary actions, talent development, and retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduate in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in generalist HR processes.
• Proven experience providing support and advice to leaders and employees in recruitment, personnel administration, training, and organizational climate.
• Willingness to travel within the Escuintla department using a personal vehicle.
• Service orientation, effective communication, and influencing abilities.
