About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will lead talent management strategies across multiple sites, supporting each business unit to enhance employee experience, develop capabilities, and ensure compliance with internal policies. This role contributes directly to achieving the company’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and implement training and development programs.
• Manage organizational development processes and monitor talent indicators.
• Advise leaders and employees on people‑management topics.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and corporate bio‑security protocols.
• Conduct periodic visits to assigned locations to provide on‑site support.
• Coordinate actions that strengthen organizational climate and employee commitment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in mass‑consumption (food & beverage) companies.
• Strong knowledge of Guatemalan labor legislation and the Labor Code.
• Proven experience in coordinating corporate and position‑specific induction processes.
• Ability to track and report HR performance indicators.
