About the role

The Credit and Collections Manager will lead the end‑to‑end credit and collections function, overseeing mortgage credit processing for real‑estate projects and ensuring portfolio recovery targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the Credit and Collections department.
• Oversee analysis, formalization and monitoring of mortgage credits.
• Manage the pipeline of clients and real‑estate projects.
• Achieve portfolio recovery goals and reduce delinquency rates.
• Coordinate file preparation, deed registration and disbursements.
• Maintain relationships with developers, banks, FHA and other financial institutions.
• Prepare management indicators and executive reports for decision‑making.
• Identify risks and propose process improvements.
• Lead, develop and guide the team toward results.
• Drive improvements through CRM tools, automation and dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field; a Master’s in Finance, MBA, Commercial Management or Project Management is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in credit administration and portfolio recovery.
• At least 3 years handling mortgage credits and deed processing.
• 3 years leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working with banks, FHA and real‑estate developers.
• Background in the real‑estate, financial or development sector.

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
