About the role

We are looking for a Pharmaceutical Product Manager to lead the strategic direction of our product portfolio within the pharma sector. The role combines marketing, sales, and financial expertise to drive growth and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies aligned with market trends and company objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to launch new products and manage existing ones.
• Analyze sales performance and financial metrics to optimize profitability.
• Develop marketing plans, promotional activities, and sales enablement tools.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and distributors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing is preferred.
• At least 4 years of recent experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of marketing, sales, and finance within pharma.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
