About the role

The Corporate Banking Relationship Manager will lead the development and management of long‑term relationships with corporate clients. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, delivering comprehensive financial solutions, and driving sustainable growth of the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial and commercial information of corporate clients to assess business opportunities and transaction viability.
• Design and present value‑added proposals aligned with client needs and institutional objectives.
• Structure credit operations in coordination with specialized areas and submit proposals to relevant committees.
• Administer and develop the assigned portfolio, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen long‑term commercial relationships through loyalty strategies and cross‑selling.
• Identify new business opportunities that contribute to portfolio growth and commercial targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field; Master’s degree is desirable.
• Proven experience in commercial management and corporate client servicing.
• Experience in financial analysis, business structuring and portfolio administration.
• Knowledge of the banking sector and corporate financial products.
