About the role

We are looking for an Automotive Showroom Host and Cashier to be the first point of contact for visitors at our showroom in Zona 11, Guatemala City. The role combines customer‑facing service with cash‑handling and administrative duties, supporting the sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers and visitors, providing a warm and brand‑aligned experience.
• Record and follow up on showroom visits, test drives, vehicle deliveries and contact requests in the Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate customer appointments, demo‑vehicle schedules and delivery of new and used cars, ensuring proper documentation.
• Collect customer feedback, identify improvement opportunities and support process optimisation.
• Handle inquiries from the Contact Center, liaise with other departments and manage general purchases for the sales area.
• Maintain inventory of courtesy items, gifts, office supplies and refreshments.
• Open, operate, pre‑close and close the cash desk daily using SAP, processing cash, checks, cards and electronic payment links.
• Perform daily cash cuts, reconcile payments, invoices, receipts and POS transactions.
• Organise, digitise and file cash‑desk documentation for audit readiness.
• Generate collection reports in SAP and ensure compliance with internal financial control procedures.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to represent the brand professionally.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, operations and support teams.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Proficiency in SAP for cash‑desk operations.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and payment processing.
