About the role
We are looking for a Junior Pre‑ and Post‑sale Engineer to join our technical team in Guatemala. The role focuses on providing specialized support and on‑site assistance for our photovoltaic solutions, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
- Track and resolve technical tickets.
- Assist in the commissioning and start‑up of solar systems.
- Deliver product and solution training.
- Diagnose and solve field and remote incidents.
Required profile
- Completed or ongoing degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar technical support role.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, solar energy, and medium‑voltage installations.
- Intermediate English is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Required skills
- Electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Solar photovoltaic system knowledge.
- Medium‑voltage system expertise.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
