About the role

We are looking for a Junior Engineer to join our technical team and support the implementation and maintenance of digital solutions for energy measurement and management. The role is based in our Guatemala office and involves hands‑on work at customer sites.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and test energy measurement equipment and related digital systems.
• Monitor project progress in the field and report status updates.
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents (troubleshooting) on site.
• Prepare basic progress and status reports for internal and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with support and project teams to ensure safe and efficient operation of installed systems.

Required profile

• Technical or university background in electrical, electronic, telecommunications, systems engineering or a related field, or equivalent proven experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
• Willingness to travel to customer installations as needed.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with clients.
