About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Internal Auditor to join our team in Cuilapa, Santa Rosa. The role involves supporting internal audit activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing internal audit engagements.
- Perform testing of controls and document findings.
- Prepare audit reports and follow‑up on corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify risk areas.
- Support the development of audit procedures and methodologies.
Required profile
- Completed degree in Public Accounting or Auditing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in audit or internal control.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
