About the role
We are looking for a Junior Pre & Post Sale Engineer to provide end‑to‑end technical support for our photovoltaic solutions. You will work closely with project teams and customers, ensuring successful implementation and after‑sales service of solar energy projects.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support on photovoltaic solution products for solar energy projects.
- Deliver technical training on our photovoltaic solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Offer technical assistance before and after sales, guiding customers through project phases.
- Manage tickets and resolve cases for both internal and external clients.
Required profile
- Completed or ongoing degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical‑Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar technical support role.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

- Photovoltaic generation knowledge.
- Medium‑voltage systems.
