Junior Trainer (Own Transportation)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Trainer to design, deliver and manage training programs for our retail staff, especially within the commercial area. The role focuses on onboarding, talent development and fostering a strong learning culture across all our sports‑goods stores.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive training programs for all employees.
• Lead onboarding processes, induction sessions and ongoing talent development initiatives.
• Develop instructional materials for each brand in our portfolio.
• Coordinate logistics for training events and cultural activities, including travel to multiple store locations.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resources Administration.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Training Analyst or Trainer.
• Strong knowledge of training techniques and digital training tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Own transportation to visit stores.
