Operador de Servicio al Cliente – Call Center

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Operator to join our call‑center team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring a friendly and efficient experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place inbound and outbound calls from customers.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, promotions and company processes.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
• Follow up on requests and cases until they are fully resolved.
• Record all interactions in the company system.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when needed.
• Maintain a courteous, professional attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
• Meet the service performance indicators set by the company.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
• Residence in or near Boca del Monte, Guatemala.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Gender not specified.
