About the role
The Production Operator performs non‑critical tasks on the shop floor, supporting the manufacturing team in meeting the daily production plan. This position is suited for individuals without formal qualifications who can follow established procedures and work safely within a defined area.
Key responsibilities
- Execute non‑critical production activities as outlined in standard operating procedures.
- Follow company policies and documented processes to maintain product quality and safety.
- Assist in ensuring the production schedule is met by completing assigned tasks on time.
- Report any deviations or issues to supervisors according to established guidelines.
Required profile
- Ability to work as an unskilled laborer in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to adhere to procedures, policies and safety regulations.
- Reliability and punctuality to support the production plan.
