About the role
The Production Operator performs non‑critical, first‑level tasks on the shop floor, supporting the manufacturing plan and ensuring that production runs smoothly. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with basic education who can follow defined procedures, policies, and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical.
- Maintain productivity while adhering to production, quality, and food safety standards.
- Follow HACCP guidelines and comply with governmental regulations related to food handling.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently to meet the production load of each area.
- Protect company assets by ensuring proper use and upkeep of equipment.
Required profile
- Primary education (sixth grade) or equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
Required skills
- Knowledge of HACCP food‑safety system.
