About the role
The Production Operator performs non‑critical tasks on the shop floor, ensuring that daily production targets are met while adhering to quality, safety and food‑handling standards. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with basic education who are eager to start a career in manufacturing.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical.
- Maintain productivity and meet the assigned production load for each area.
- Follow HACCP and other food‑safety procedures to guarantee product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Care for company assets, ensuring proper use and upkeep.
Required profile
- Primary education (sixth grade) or equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- Ability to follow documented procedures and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
Required skills
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food‑safety standards.
