About the role

The Production Operator is responsible for executing a range of operational activities on the production line, including loading, unloading, transporting, cleaning, labeling and operating equipment. The role supports safe, effective and efficient manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Execute operational tasks such as discharge, load, transport, clean, label and operate all production equipment.
Perform periodic inspections and small maintenance tasks on equipment, reporting defects and carrying out minor repairs when appropriate.
Log production data and order information in the designated systems to maintain accurate administration.
Identify deviations in processes or tools and communicate improvement opportunities to the supervisor.
Work in accordance with personal and food safety, environmental and quality regulations, promoting SHEQ awareness.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring good housekeeping of the production line and site.
