About the role
The Production Operator (Preparados 2) performs non‑critical, semi‑skilled tasks on the production floor, ensuring that daily output meets the established plan while adhering to quality, safety and hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute second‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical and semi‑skilled.
- Maintain productivity and meet the workload assigned to each production area.
- Produce food items in compliance with quality, safety and governmental regulations, following HACCP guidelines.
- Handle food products according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food‑handling protocols.
- Care for company assets, ensuring proper use and functionality of equipment.
Required profile
- Primary education completed up to sixth grade.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role within poultry or meat processing plants.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food‑handling standards.
