Sales Account Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing creative language‑services company looking for a Sales Account Manager to develop new prospects and nurture existing client relationships. The role focuses on building a robust sales pipeline, ensuring client satisfaction from first contact through project delivery, and identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Timely follow‑up on leads and prospects to build a sales pipeline.
• Explain our business model and advise clients on our services.
• Drive customer retention through research and active follow‑up.
• Manage accounts for recurrent valued customers.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted consultant.
• Provide the highest level of customer service from initial contact through project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
• Find new business and growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Monitor compliance with agreed schedules and deadlines.
• Ensure client queries are answered promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, concerns, and requests.
• Deliver services on time and meet quality standards.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native command of English.
• At least 2 years of experience interacting with clients.
• Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferably a sales background in the service sector.
